Student Conversations About Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

VOTG classroom presentations ( Face-to-Face and Virtual) will permanently change the world students see around them and leave them enlightened, inspired and excited about learning more. 

VOTG Classroom Presentations support mandated Equity, Diversity and Inclusion curriculum content and lesson plans required by the Department of Education in most states.

VOTG presentations on diversity, equity and inclusion in colleges and careers sets a goal for learning in K-12 students that encourages academic achievement. 

 VOTG Classroom visits increases student awareness about the educational opportunities in higher learning.

VOTG Capstone projects directs students to identify and learn more about community leaders and their paths to achievement and success. 

VOTG Classroom presentation are 3 workshops, approximately 45 minutes -1 hour long and conclude with students capstone presentations. 

  All students receive Valley of the Giants resource folders with information about diverse colleges, universities and opportunities to continue their academic and career growth beyond high school.  

Teachers will receive strategies and resources to incorporate Valley of the Giants curriculums in lesson plans, class activities and project based learning assignments.

VOTG Corporate Team Building Workshops  (Face to Face  and Virtual) will immediately enhance your workplace environment and employee experience through improved employee relationships, greater creativity and problem solving and increased collaborations.  Diversity is a tool that gives top companies an advantage and Valley of the Giants highlights how to identify and maximize that resource. .   

While supporting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion awareness, the workshops engage co-workers in a cross-cultural awareness experience  that builds respect and comradery. 

By examining the history of excellence and achievement connected to diversity employees will not only gain a greater appreciation for diversity and inclusion, they will also begin to see how these elements can enhance the companies' bottom line.
